What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ for fully custom bamboo fans is 10 units minimum.
What is the typical production timeline?
From final artwork approval, production takes 14-21 business days. Shipping adds 3-5 days. We recommend starting 4 weeks before your event.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival.
Can I get a physical sample before ordering?
We can provide a physical sample of a past project. For a fully custom sample with your artwork, there is a $75 prototyping fee credited towards your final order.
What is your return policy on custom items?
Custom items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product deviates significantly from the approved proof.
