What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 10 custom fans. Volume pricing starts at 25 fans, with significant discounts at higher quantities.
How long does production take?
From proof approval, production and delivery takes approximately 30 days. 97% of orders ship within 35 days.
Rush production is available at 21 days with a rush fee plus express shipping costs.
Can I see a proof before you print?
Yes. Every order includes a digital proof sent within 3-5 business days. You review and approve (or request revisions) before we begin production.
Nothing prints until you explicitly approve the proof.
Are the fans printed on both sides?
No. All fans are printed on one side only — full-color sublimation printing on the front face of the fan. The back shows the natural bamboo finish.
Can I get a physical sample before ordering?
Pre-printed samples: $10 with 3-5 day delivery. These show material quality but not your custom design.
Custom proof samples: $150 with approximately 21-day delivery. This is a physical sample with your exact artwork. The $150 is credited toward your order if you place an order of 150+ fans.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. Free standard shipping is included in all pricing.
International shipping may be available for large orders — contact us for details.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD, and SVG files. Minimum resolution: 300 DPI. CMYK color mode preferred (we'll convert RGB if needed).
All files should include 0.125" bleed on all sides for best results.
What is your return policy?
Custom printed fans cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product deviates significantly from the approved proof.
Contact us within 7 days of receipt for any quality issues. Since you approve a digital proof before production, that approval serves as your final confirmation.
Can you customize the handle text?
Yes. Handle customization is free on every order. You can add names, dates, short messages, or leave it blank.
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
Yes. Full payment is required upfront. We do not accept deposits or payment plans. This ensures we can begin work on your order immediately and guarantees production priority.
